At the High Court in Glasgow Lord Doherty sentenced Dawer Wilson and Daryn William Murray after they pled guilty to assault and robbery in East Kilbride on 22 January 2013. Dawer Wilson was sentenced to an extended sentence of 8 years 4 months imprisonment, with a custodial part of 5 years 4 months and an extension period of 3 years. Daryn William Murray was sentenced to 3 years 9 months detention.

At the High Court in Glasgow Judge Beckett sentenced Przemyslaw Rogowski to an extended sentence of 16 years, with a punishment part of 12 years, after he was found guilty of the serious sexual abuse of two women in Glasgow over a period of 8 years.
