Macfadyen Lecture

What are judges for?

The Scottish Council of Law Reporting held the inaugural Macfadyen Lecture established in memory of the late Rt Hon Lord Macfadyen who died in 2008.  Sir David Edward gave the lecture in March and began his talk with a personal reminiscence of Donald Macfadyen.
