Case Management in Complex and Lengthy Trials and Sentencing

The Lord Justice General has given a speech on 'Case Management in Complex and Lengthy Trials and Sentencing'.

In an address to the Royal Faculty of Procurators in Glasgow on 7 March 2019, Lord Carloway said that while these are two distinct areas in criminal proceedings, they have one common aim - securing and enhancing public confidence in the Scottish criminal justice system.
