Speech by Lady Dorrian at the launch of The Digital Strategy for Justice in Scotland

The speech, entitled ‘Digital Justice Strategy: A view from the courts’, was given in Edinburgh on 20 August 2014.

In the speech, Lady Dorrian states that technological innovation provides “an opportunity to make justice more accessible to a wider number of people, to make evidence more reliable and more readily available, and to make processes and procedures more efficient”.
